NoteScreen checks a behavioral-health session note or treatment plan against your CPT and ICD-10 codes and flags likely billing-denial triggers — such as a time-versus-code mismatch, a missing telehealth modifier, or an expired plan review date — before you submit the claim. The check runs entirely in your browser; your note or plan is never uploaded.

• From the Chrome Web Store. Open the NoteScreen listing and click Add to Chrome. The NoteScreen icon then appears in your toolbar.
• Pin it for easy access. Click the puzzle-piece (Extensions) icon in Chrome's toolbar, then the pin next to NoteScreen so the icon stays visible.

• Free web check. Go to notescreen.ai/try, select Session note or Treatment plan, paste the text, enter your codes, and click Check. No login required.
• Toolbar popup. Click the NoteScreen extension icon, choose Session note or Treatment plan, paste the text, enter the codes, and click Check.
• Inside your EHR. A floating 🩺 Check note button appears on the page. Click it and NoteScreen pulls the note from the page and shows flags inline — without leaving the EHR.

• NoteScreen grabbed the wrong text, or none. Highlight the note on the page first, then click Check — a text selection always wins. Or use 📍 Teach NoteScreen where your note is to point it at the right field; it remembers that per site.
• The 🩺 button doesn't appear. Reload the page. If it still doesn't show, open chrome://extensions, confirm NoteScreen is enabled, and reload it with the ↻ icon.
• The Labs (on-device formatting) feature won't load. Labs needs a WebGPU-capable browser and downloads a model the first time, which can take a few minutes on a slow connection. It is optional and separate from the core check.
